The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will have a difficult time coping with Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) terminal diagnosis.

It still doesn’t feel real to Steffy, but she knows Eric’s only been given a few months to live.

Steffy broke the news to Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) shortly after Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) came clean, so it’s good that she isn’t keeping this a secret from her husband.

That’s especially true since Finn is in the unique position to help.

As Steffy continues wrestling with what’s happening to Eric, she’ll lean on Finn for support.

It looks like Steffy will break down in tears and open up to Finn about how much she hates the idea of losing her granddad so soon.

B&B fans know Finn is an excellent doctor – and he’d do absolutely anything to ease Steffy’s pain.

Although Dr. Colin Colby (Justin Daviis) is a respected physician who relied on other expert opinions to diagnose Eric, it wouldn’t hurt to put another set of eyes on this case.

Finn loves Steffy and will be particularly motivated to save Eric if at all possible.

Even just extending Eric’s life a bit longer would be a win, so it seems Finn will make a vow to Steffy during the week of November 27-December 1.

Finn will see how much Steffy’s struggling, so he’ll decide it’s time to do a little investigating.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn will promise to dig into Eric’s case and see if maybe there’s still something that can be done for him.

There might be some alternative treatment plan that Dr. Colby and his colleagues have missed.

Regardless, it should give Steffy a little more peace of mind to know that Finn’s going to look into this and leave no stone unturned when it comes to a potential cure.

Even if Finn’s efforts don’t pan out, it’ll mean a lot that he’s willing to try.

Of course, we know Finn and Dr. Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) will consult with someone named Dr. Martin (Cirie Fields) on December 20, so there may be even more of a team effort to save Eric down the road.
